Slaark the Slow

Slaark the slow is a goblin that proclaimed himself king of Pleasant Valley. He captured a fort near the town of Ostlen and laid raids to nearby farms to collect tribute from his new subjects. He claims to be Twitch's brother, and carried a note on him from someone named Pooka that said to look out for a 'tribeless' goblin in the region and to return him home. Slaark was viciously killed at the hands of twitch, who beheaded him and now is to vying take control of the remaining tribe members.
